Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit to secure each tattoo booking.
  • Deposits are confirmed at the point of quotation and go towards any research and drawing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Full deposit deducts from the final cost.
  • Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
  • Quotations are approximate, based on estimated completion time.
  • 48-hour notice is required to reschedule (one reschedule allowed per deposit).
  • Failed appointments without contact result in forfeited deposits.
  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service or require full upfront payment for repeated no-shows.

General Terms

  • Clients should review the preparation guide before sessions.
  • A health questionnaire and consent form are required before tattooing.
  • While all materials used in the process of tattooing are sterile, infection, allergic reaction, ink loss, and dryness can occur and are not the artist's fault.
  • The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 means it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. No parental consent is accepted; proof of age is required.
  • Tattooing cannot be guaranteed as an exact duplicate of a pre-drawn design due to allergies, skin type, and client movement.
  • The procedure is irreversible.
  • Colour fades with sun exposure over time.
  • Free touch-ups are available around 4 weeks post-healing for ink loss issues — contact the studio for assessment.
