Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund. Items must remain unused to qualify for returns.

Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
• Photocopies are not accepted.
• Advance booking is required to redeem your voucher.
• Unredeemed amounts are forfeited after the expiry date.
• A purchase receipt is necessary to process returns.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as processing can take time. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@markingstattoos.com.

Shipping Returns

Items should be mailed to: Markings Tattoos at Beautique, 2 Ferriby Road, Hessle, East Yorkshire, HU13 0PG, United Kingdom. Customers pay return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Return shipping expenses are deducted from refunds.
